- It is essential to arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before departure.
- The pick-up location at Juarez Hemicycle will be out of service on Sundays.
- It is necessary to keep the ticket and wristband throughout the experience. In case of loss of either, it will be necessary to cover the cost of the activity again.
